Managers are leading through change without a practical playbook.
Translate strategy into clear messages, expectations, conversations, and accountability.
Woven West Consulting helps organizations, schools, boards, and leadership teams strengthen the people and systems responsible for what comes next. The work connects leadership development, practical strategy, responsible AI readiness, and facilitated learning to real decisions and daily behavior.

Woven West is brought in when leaders know something needs to change, but the people, expectations, or systems are not yet aligned well enough to move it forward.

I built Woven West after a career spent helping people and organizations grow through change. My work has included leadership development, learning strategy, competency activation, onboarding, psychological safety, culture and engagement, and the systems that help development continue after a session ends.
My experience includes Rehrig Pacific Company, Bridgestone Americas, Journeys/Genesco, and CareHere. Across those environments, I have worked from frontline operations to executive leadership, translating broad priorities into practical experiences, tools, and rhythms people can use.
I am a practitioner first. I listen for what is happening beneath the request, help leaders name what their people need, and build work that respects both the business outcome and the human beings responsible for delivering it.
Woven West is where that work continues. Based in Nashville.

Teaching AI Fluency
Instructing and assessing AI fluency in academic environments.
Learning creates knowledge. Development changes what people can do, how they respond, and who they are becoming. Woven West connects the two through practice, feedback, application, and reinforcement.
Give people useful language, clearer expectations, and a better understanding of themselves and the situation.
Use real scenarios, reflection, feedback, and tools that help people try new behavior in the context of their work.
Reinforce growth through coaching, accountability, psychological safety, and rhythms that continue after the formal experience.
People need enough trust to ask questions, time and space to practice, clear feedback, visible accountability, and leaders who reinforce the behavior they expect.
We help people connect AI use to real workflows while strengthening privacy awareness, governance, communication, critical thinking, creativity, and accountability.
